Maintenance / Repairs
On request, we can repair nearly all hydraulic pumpHydraulic pumps convert mechanical energy into hydraulic energy (or vice versa). As a rule, the pump draws the pressurised fluid from a storage tank and conveys it to the pump outlet. From here, it is conducted via valves to cylinders or hydromotors (load consumers) and back to the storage tank.s or motors you bring us. And if the necessary spare parts are no longer available, we will have these manufactured for you as extra (as far as it is economically feasible).

A repair / maintain is worthwhile:
- Especially when it’s an older machine and a new hydraulicThe use of liquids to transmit force and energy. unit would cost more than the current value of the machine.
- Machines and equipment are subjected to extreme stresses (e.g. in metalworking and tunnelling) and so wear out quickly.
- Regular maintenance intervals are scheduled for safety reasons (e.g. train operators, mining)
And of course, because all hydraulic units we service operate under guaranty. This is why we also provide a one year warranty for our maintenance works after they have been put into operation.
